1. What Peppy is (and is not)

Peppy is an educational and organizational tool that helps you gather and structure questions to bring to a qualified professional. Peppy is not medical, clinical, pharmacological, legal, or professional advice, is not a diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. No clinician–patient relationship is created by using Peppy.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Peppy. By using Peppy you represent that you meet these requirements. Peppy is not directed to anyone under 18.

3. No dosing, sourcing, or controlled substances

Peppy does not prescribe, dose, source, or recommend protocols, cycles, stacks, or any controlled substance, including anabolic steroids and peptides. Any general information is educational only. Decisions about any substance, supplement, or training change are yours and should be made with a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

4. Not for emergencies

Do not use Peppy for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

5. Assumption of risk

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of Peppy and any action you take based on information you organize with it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Peppy is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JK Automations and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Peppy. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the prior three months or US $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JK Automations from claims arising out of your use of Peppy or your violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and JK Automations waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. [Attorney to confirm arbitration provider, venue, and any opt-out.]

10. Governing law & changes
